Complete the contact form with your event date, location, and the photography or videography services you need.
STEP 02
Receive Your Contract
Once the details are confirmed, you will receive through our booking online platform a personalized contract based on your selected services.
STEP 03
Review and Sign
Review the agreement carefully. The contract must be signed electronically by both the client and the photographer before moving forward. The entire process is completed online, so no printing is required.
STEP 04
Pay the DEPOSIT
Submit a 50% deposit to secure your date. Your reservation is officially confirmed once the signed contract and payment have been received and approved. Payments can be made through Zelle or Venmo. PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards are also accepted with a 5% processing fee. Pay-over-time options are available.

How much does wedding photography cost?
Wedding photography services currently begin at $600 USD. The final price depends on the coverage time, location, number of photographers, and selected services. Videography, additional events, albums, extended coverage, and multi-day celebrations can increase the total.
What is included in each wedding photography collection?
Every collection includes professional coverage, edited photographs, a private online gallery, and high-resolution downloads. Coverage hours, photographer count, image quantities, detailed retouching, drone availability, and other features vary by collection. The package table above provides the exact inclusions for each option.
When will we receive our wedding photographs?
A preview selection is delivered within 48–72 hours. The complete gallery is delivered within 30 business days through a private online gallery. If a particular event requires a different schedule, the delivery commitment in the signed agreement will apply.
Are travel expenses included?
Published collections include travel for the destinations specifically identified in the package terms. Events requiring flights, long-distance transportation, or overnight accommodation receive a customized proposal. For Isla Mujeres or Cozumel celebrations ending after the final practical ferry connection, accommodation may be required.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
After availability and coverage are confirmed, you will receive an electronic agreement. The date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the required retainer has been received. Payment methods, processing fees, remaining-balance dates, and cancellation terms should appear in the agreement as the controlling booking information.
