Send Your Inquiry
Complete the contact form with your event date, location, and the photography or videography services you need.
STEP 02
Receive Your Contract
Once the details are confirmed, you will receive through our booking online platform a personalized contract based on your selected services.
STEP 03
Review and Sign
Review the agreement carefully. The contract must be signed electronically by both the client and the photographer before moving forward. The entire process is completed online, so no printing is required.
STEP 04
Pay the DEPOSIT
Submit a 50% deposit to secure your date. Your reservation is officially confirmed once the signed contract and payment have been received and approved. Payments can be made through Zelle or Venmo. PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards are also accepted with a 5% processing fee. Pay-over-time options are available.

WHY IS WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SO EXPENSIVE?
You’re investing in much more than coverage on your wedding day. A professional wedding photographer spends hours documenting your celebration, followed by many additional hours carefully selecting and editing each image to create a polished, timeless gallery.
You’re also investing in experience—ours dates back to 2006—and the ability to work confidently in real wedding conditions. Professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and backup equipment can represent an investment of $15,000 to $21,000 USD or more. In destination wedding locations such as Cancun and the Riviera Maya, heat, humidity, sand, and salty ocean air can also shorten the lifespan of professional equipment and require frequent maintenance or replacement.
ARE THE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES OR COVERED ADDITIONALLY?
Because we are based in Cancun, travel expenses are included for weddings and sessions throughout Cancun, the Cancun Hotel Zone, Riviera Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Costa Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum, the Riviera Maya, Isla Mujeres, and Cozumel.
For events in Isla Mujeres or Cozumel that end after the final ferry departure, one night of accommodation may be required and added to your personalized quote.
HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER COST?
Our wedding photography services begin at $600 USD. The final price depends on the photographer’s experience, professional equipment, wedding location, coverage time, and selected services. Adding videography, additional photographers, extended coverage, or coverage for a multi-day celebration will increase the total investment. Depending on your wedding and specific needs, prices generally range from $600 to $9,000 USD.
